Aaron Bare, Chief Strategist

Aaron Bare has had lots of success in Social Media building many of his companies on these marketing principles. He has sold 5 businesses including a global job board, a online recruiting company, a CRM, a leading cultural assessment company, and a national sales association. He led his global job board to over 5 million page views a month in less than 2 years and he grew his sales association from 3,000 members to over 60,000 in 18 months. He has experience in Angel Investing, raising Venture Capital and working with Investment Banks. In 2008, Aaron was selected as 35 under 35 Entrepreneurs and nominated to 40 under 40. His companies and projects have won Addy’s, Webby’s, Telly’s, Web Awards and they have been elected as the Kennedy 2007 Most Innovative Company of the Year, 2008 Comerica Business of the Year and 2008 Small Business Innovator of the Year.


Aaron recently sold his interest in over 300 web properties to focus on Buzz Mouth. He also looks to make an impact on Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management students as the 2009-2010 Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Thunderbird is ranked #1 in International Business. He was also a former Management Consultant with Accenture and Money Manager with the Vanguard Group. He has a BS (Honors) from Indiana Institute of Tehnology, an MA from Indiana University and MBA at Thunderbird. Aaron lives in Phoenix with his wife Jenn, daughter Bali and dog Buddy. He has also traveled to over 60 countries.
